Company Qualifications

Valencia Management Group is one of only sixteen Community Association Management Firms in California to be awarded the prestigious Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®) Designation from the Community Associations Institute. Among the criteria to receive this designation are:

• Have a supervisor that has attained the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. At Valencia Management Group we are one of only a handful of firms in California that have five PCAM's on staff!
• Have 75% of the company's managers holding a professional designation. At VMG all our senior managers hold multiple professional designations.
• Maintain fidelity, general liability, and worker's compensation insurance meeting federal, state, and local laws.
• Meet continuing education requirements.
• Maintain separate bank accounts for each association, which are reconciled monthly.
• Have Boards acknowledge investments and disbursement of reserve funds.
• Provide, at least quarterly, a balance sheet, income statement, budget comparison, statement of disbursement, and receivables report. At VMG this is all prepared by a Certified Public Accountant.
• All company personnel must comply with the CAI Professional Manager Code of Ethics.

Is your Manager Certified?
As of July 1, 2003 managers are required to supply this information as part of their disclosure prior to entering into a contract with your Association, and annually thereafter. All our senior managers at Valencia Management Group are Certified. They all hold the highest designations available in the Community Association Management field, the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designations. How about the critical area of financial management?
Who will be producing the financial reports and checks, the lifeblood of your Association? At Valencia Management Group it is handled by one of the co-owners, a state licensed Certified Public Accountant with over twenty years experience at top 100 accounting firms.

Do you pay more for our qualified staff?
Not really, if you compare the bottom line costs. All management firms should provide education, experience and ethics as a regular part of their service.

How are we able to do this?
It's really very simple, we choose to manage only larger Associations with dedicated Boards. We then work more efficiently as a result of better systems and equipment. Our office is highly automated, featuring high-speed folder/inserting, postage systems, relational database, and accounting systems designed specifically for the work we do.

Flat Fee Pricing

Valencia Management Group realizes you have many choices for Association Management. Many firms will quote a low price, but is that really everything you will pay? Our services are quoted on a flat fee basis. The contract price is what our clients pay for management services. We don't charge extra for the laundry list of services that many of our competitors do, which include:
