At Valencia Management Group we have a state of the art phone system that allows homeowners to directly contact every department at VMG. We strive to return calls answered by voice mail within 24 hours, and most are returned the same day.
Our Homeowner Services Department provides assistance in the following areas:
- Maintenance of up-to-date Association Website
- Clubhouse Rentals
- Common area maintenance repairs including:
- Irrigation repairs
- Safety issues (lights out, trip hazards, damaged trees)
- 24 hour emergency contact for immediate threats to association property
When you call our office for a common area maintenance concern, we will contact the appropriate resource, issue a work order, and send you a copy to let you know we followed through.
